Our therapists use a variety of techniques that will retrain your thinking, help you identify and utilize your feelings in a positive way, and learn how to change problem behaviors that could be potentially hurting instead of helping you towards your goals and dreams.
Yes, we take all insurance including Medicaid.
The Intake Session (1st Session) can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. A Psychosocial Session (2nd Session) can take up to 1.5 or 2 hours depending on background or history of mental health. Family Sessions vary depending on the family. Regular Sessions typically last 1 hour unless otherwise discussed with therapist.
Our office is open from 9-6pm Monday thru Friday. Saturdays are available by appointment only. Scheduling times of appointments vary by therapist and can sometimes be scheduled earlier or later based on needs.
Number of sessions needed are determined by the therapist based on the Client's needs. Sessions can range between once a month to 2-3 times a week.

Yes, we do provide Online/Virtual services. These services are determined by the Client's preferences and the Therapist.
