Frequently Asked Questions
Therapy allows you to identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that shape your life. Our therapists are designed to be able to guide you towards a healthier and happier lifestyle by addressing things that may be deterring you from that lifestyle.
Our therapists use a variety of techniques that will retrain your thinking, help you identify and utilize your feelings in a positive way, and learn how to change problem behaviors that could be potentially hurting instead of helping you towards your goals and dreams.
The Intake Session (1st Session) can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. A Psychosocial Session (2nd Session) can take up to 1.5 or 2 hours depending on background or history of mental health.
